Bed bugs come home in luggage, a used couch, or from a neighbouring unit. They are not a sign of anything except bad luck. They are also one of the few pests where the preparation matters as much as the treatment, so we send you a short checklist before the visit.

How to tell
- Itchy welts in a line or a cluster on the arms, neck, or back, that you wake up with.
- Rusty or dark dots on the fitted sheet and along the mattress seams.
- Small, flat, brown insects or pale shed skins in the piping of the mattress or the joints of the headboard.
What we do about it
Step 1: Inspect
Mattress, box spring, headboard, nightstand, and the sofa. We confirm it is bed bugs before anything is treated.
Step 2: Prepare
You get a one-page checklist: bag the bedding and wash hot, clear the floor, pull the bed from the wall. It takes an hour and it is the difference between one round and three.
Step 3: Treat
Targeted treatment on frames, seams, and cracks, plus steam on the mattress seams. Two visits, two weeks apart, both in the price.
Step 4: Verify
A follow-up inspection at 30 days. If we find anything, we treat again at no charge.
