Shield Defense is a family-owned pest control company in Anaheim. Three licensed people, a few hundred homes on the quarterly route, and a rule that whoever picks up can tell you what’s going on at your house.

How we work
- Find it before treating it
- Every visit starts with an inspection, because the fix for ants under the slab is not the fix for ants in the planter. Spraying first and asking later is how you end up with a quarterly bill and the same problem.
- Seal the way in
- Exclusion is the unglamorous half of pest control. Hardware cloth on the vent, sealant at the plumbing penetration, a sweep on the garage door. It takes longer on the first visit and it is why the second one is quiet.
- Least product, placed exactly
- Non-repellent perimeter treatments, gel bait in cracks, growth regulators for roaches. Nothing fogged, nothing on the counters. We tell you what went where, every time.
- Say when it's not us
- Honey bees go to a beekeeper. A soaked attic goes to an insulation contractor. Widespread drywood termites may genuinely need a tent. We'd rather refer than pretend.
Licensed and insured
Shield Defense Pest Solutions is licensed by the California Structural Pest Control Board in Branch 2 (general pests) and Branch 3 (termites and wood-destroying organisms). We carry general liability insurance and every technician is a licensed field representative. Termite reports are filed with the state as the law requires.
