Privacy

What we collect. When you send a form on this site we receive your name, phone number, city or ZIP, and anything you type in the message box. Email is optional. We use it to call you back about the service you asked for, and for nothing else. We don’t run a mailing list.

Where it goes. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The site itself doesn’t store them. If you become a customer, your details go into our scheduling system so we know when to come back.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see whether people tap the phone number. It sets cookies. It doesn’t tell us who you are.

Your rights. Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Email hello@shielddefensepest.com or call the office.
