What monthly service looks like
It depends on the property. Here’s what it usually means.

- Apartments and HOAs
- Common-area perimeter and exterior stations monthly, unit treatments on request, and a report the board can read in two minutes.
- Restaurants and food service
- Bait and growth regulator in the back of house, drain treatments, a station map, and a log kept on site for the health inspector.
- Offices and retail
- Early-morning or after-hours visits so nobody sees a sprayer during business hours. Ants, spiders, and the occasional rodent.
- Warehouses and industrial
- Rodent exclusion at dock doors and utility penetrations, an exterior station grid, and documentation for your audits.
What you get after each visit
The part that matters when someone else is asking.
- A service report: what we found, what we applied, where, and the product label numbers.
- A station map with every exterior and interior station numbered, and the log of activity at each.
- A monthly summary by email, so the board or your regional manager doesn't have to ask.
- The same technician each visit, who knows where the problem spots are.
